can not delete

I am on TeamSite 6.5, on Win2k3 server. I am trying to delete a dcr-type from my general folder. Its not getting deleted, eventhough i am submitting it after deletion. It says that there is a conflict but, if i ask it to overwrite. it still doesn't do the deletion, can anyone help me please.

Check this thread for more information as this bug does exists in 6.1 version of TeamSite. You can install SP1 for TeamSite 6.5 or install the patch that affects this bug.
