Teamsite 6.5 installation issue

Hi All,
I am facing this issue with installing TS 6.5 on fresh Win2003 (enterprise edition )machine.
I have 900 MB of space on C: drive and around 4GB of space on my

drive.
I have created a new folder called 'iw-home' in

drive.
During TS 6.5 installation , when I try to install it in

\iw-home it gives me an eeror message that there are only 900MB of space left and it needs atleast 1105 MB of space.
This way it is failing to recognize space available in D drive and always looks in C: drive no matter which drive you choose.

The installation is extracting the files to the temporary location i.e in drive c:\ you need to modify the temporary location to

drive on windows so that you can install TeamSite on

drive.

But , I have already extracted all the files to 'teamsite' folder in

drive and then I am initiating the installation by clicking on install.bat file.

It doesn't matter, it's still using your C drive as the temporary space... really, just as any installation program needs temporary space to install something, so does TeamSite.

I have to ask, though -- 5 GB is comparatively very little total disk space. I have an instance of only 6.1, it's extremely small (i.e. has very little on it), yet it still uses several GB of space. If possible, you may want to increase... rather, multiply the size of your disk.

By the way, I miss Unix terribly.

If you type %temp% in the windows explorer will show the temporary location that is in use. If its under c: drive then change the environment variable to a temporary directory in

drive the TeamSite installation will use the free space on

drive insted of C: drive.
