Adding File Navigation to CC Standard

I would like to add the file navigation feature that exists in the Content Center Professional UI to the CC Standard as a custom portlet. Is this possible??

Also, is the Interwoven code (JSPs and java source for TeamSite/Content Center) available to be viewed???

What I want to do is to create a portlet in the Content Center Standard with the File Tree Structure Navigation that you get with the ContentCenter Professional. Is this an easy thing to do with existing components or does it require total customization??
