TS 6.5 installation issue...

Hi All,
I am trying to install TS6.5 on Win2003 Ent. edition.
I have valid license key and installation was succesfull w/o any errors.
I am facing the following problem,
while starting TS , all other interwoven services starts well but when I start 'Interwoven Teamsite' service it throws following OS specific errors,

1) Faulting application iwteamsite.exe, version 6.5.0.0, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.
2) The Interwoven TeamSite service terminated with service-specific error 1067 (0x42B).

any comments?

The first error sounds like TS wasn't installed properly
The second error sounds like you don't have a valid license key for TS

Yes, as fish said 1067 usually indicates license key problem. Check out what it is telling you in iw-home/install/tsisvalid.log

That error message screams "install SP1" . That is the message that we encountered that was solved with the SP.
