CCStd Wizard interface during workflow?

Is there a way to trigger the 'Next Wizard' in the standard interface when attached DCRs to a workflow are edited?

When our users create a DCR in the standard interface, the bottom of the DCR has a 'Next>>' button which takes you in the 'Select Next Action' screen which allows you to determine what to do (submit is the only option in our case). Great. But, when they edit an attached DCR in workflow, it only saves the DCR to disk and offers no option to submit.

Most of the other posts I've read about the 'Select Next Action' screen concern removing screens from the wizard, and they point to the UI CG as the only option.

I can do the submits automatically in workflow easily enough. But, the wizard suits my needs. Help me Obi Wan, is UI CG my only hope?
