modified files still showing up as modified

Has anyone experienced modified files still showing up as modified in a workarea after being submitted?

There are no conflicts between the workarea and STAGING for these files.

It may seem as though the workflow (iw-home\local\config\wft\solutions\configurable_default_submit.cfg) that I am using is still processing the submit, especially with a large number of files being submitted.
Can anyone verify this?

Hi Professor,

we have a similar behaviour on our TS server if we submit a large number of files through a workflow.
Our "problem" is, that the directory listing is much faster as in TS 5.5.,
so our authors see the modified files in the directory listing before the workflow gets to the submit task.
If we make a refresh of the directory listing some seconds later, the files are not marked as modified.
