Asset Usage Tracking

Hi,

One of the requirement from my client is to track the asset utilization from their client for billing purpose. They want to know which client used their asset and how long they used it, based on this information they can bill to their client for using that assets. Is this feature available in MedinBin as OOTB or is it possible to implement this task using API?

Any suggestions, tips, design thoughts would be really appreciated.
