Metadata Capture

Hi All,

My workflow should be something like this :
first task : Metadata Capture form (CGI Task calling iwmetadata.cgi)
Second task : Sending Email to a group (an External Task )
third task : ....
......

Just want to know whether an external task can follow the CGI task ? And if possible please let me know how this can be achieveble.

An externaltask can follow a cgitask - sure.
Basically, with the exception of endtasks (following and endtask doesn't make sense), any task can follow any other task.
The only limitation is with cgitask's where there is a constraint of 3 possible conditions if you want them to run immediately (see documentation).

I'm not sure I understand your question about "how this can be [achieved]" - if you don't how to create workflows - take training, read the manuals, read the KBs, read the forums. If you do know how to create workflows, please re-state your question more clearly.
