Couldn't parse DCR bytes into DOM [unable_to_parse

Hi ,

I'm receiving this error when opening the dcrs.
Couldn't parse DCR bytes into DOM [unable_to_parse_dcr ]:Invalid byte 1 of 1-byte UTF-8 sequence
I'm using TS 6.5, when i check the xml it's not well formed xml. It does not recognize special characters for example "Búsqueda" with special character.
