manully restart openapi

We have legacy code that relies on openapi. On occasion, openapi dies and we need to restart TeamSite to get openapi back. Before I go rooting through startup scripts, does anyone know of a script that can be used to restart openapi without restarting all of teamsite?

TS 6.1 on solaris 9.
