Database Admin Registration: Retains old id/pwd

Hello Techies--
We just changed out a WorkSite server over here--and so my forever connection to the database admin tool is no longer working. I set up a new ODBC connection pointing to the new database instance. I've tested the ODBC connection. I've gone to the database directly through MS SQL. The connection tests by both methods succeed. Here's the trouble: When I try to connect to the database manager using the WorkSite ADMInew ODBC connection, the login dialog box pops up with the old login. When I change the login id and type in the password, I get an error message proclaiming that it isn't the correct login/pwd combo. So, is there a registry key -- or something that needs to be cleared on the back end?
I'm not sure how to solve this particular issue--but I can't imagine I'm the only kid on the block who's seen it!

We had this same problem , when we did change our worksite server to a different location. IT also depends on the where your database is? I hope you know that if you are using a databse local to the Worksite server, one needs to set up their DNS under "System DNS" else if would not connect. If your database is some where else. If would be User DNS. Check your database permissions and then retry resgistering the database on the worksite server. I would sugget trying it using your admin username and password for the database ex "sa". Please let meknow if you still have any problems?
