performance issues in OD6.02

hi,
we are in the upgradation of 0d5.6 to od6.02. the data rates in od5.6 for a job is more than 200kB/s but in od6.02 the rates are so low that it doesn't even
cross 250kB/s.
It also takes hours(altleast 1hr) to deploy a job)

can anyone assist me on this.

Need more information than just that.

Tell us about the deployment type ? Filelist ? datecompare ?

If you have the ability, post log files from 5.6 and 6.0.2
