Error During Installation of CSSDK client ?

Hi all,
I am trying to install CSSDK client 2.0.0 , but i getting huge list of Errors.
I am attaching the error shown during the installation.
Please help me out.
My teamsite version :::

Teamsite Version 6.1 with SP2 on windows 2000 SP4.

Did you try any of the troubleshooting tips outlined at the end of the CS section of the GearUpSOA tutorial?
