benign error w/ multi-source deployments?

We are migrating to some multi-source deployments, and I keep getting the following error in the sender log file even through the deploy completes successfully:

Is this a benign error? A bug in OD? Is the deploy really completing successfully?

Both the sender and receiver are OD 6.02

Actually, it is returning an error code: 512

Looks like I had a bad DNR that was forcing an error code of 512. As for the downrev error, it looks to be related to this:

That KB article is from 12/2003. You think it would be fixed by now....

Very annoying when you rely on things such as:
