Trouble with IWDatacapture.save() after upgrade

We have upgraded our TeamSite from 5.5.2 SP6 to 6.5 SP2 (this is in a Windows 2000 Server environment). We have a template that uses FormAPI to autogenerate the DCR name and it worked fine under 5.5.2. Now with 6.5 it hangs on the line where IWDatacapture.save() is called. I've determined this by using alert() statements. I've also determined that everything should be fine up to this point (DCR name is set, all fields are valid, etc). Has anyone else experienced problems with IWDatacapture.save() after upgrading to TS 6.5 SP2? Below is the code in question...

Is it hanging on New form entry and/or on Edit?

We also had quite a few issues with IWDatacapture.save() after upgrade to 6.5.
