Workflow error

Hi,

I am working on TS 5.5 and i am trying to submit my workflow.
My workflow gets hung and in u03/iw-home/local/logs/iwjoberrors.log log its says "Could not run perl command' which is the perl command for the external task??

Are you guys aware of the issue which might create this issue.
My perl files doesn't seem to have an issue as it works in test environment and its not working on production.

Is there any process which needs to be configured??

Are the paths to teamsite's home directory the same in test and production?
Are the scripts executable in both test and production?
Are there any access differences with regard to the scripts in test and production?

You should be thinking very seriously about upgrading - since 5.x is no longer supported.

Hi,
Have you set your classpath for PERL/BIN folder ?
And as ghoti asked iw-home is in the same directory for bot Test & Production Env.
