i want this happen while initiating the workflow. to know the name of the dcr attached with the workflow, to take it forward and generate a html fuile with the pt.

Look at the contents of __VALUE__('iw_file') or __ELEM__('iw_file') -- if you look at most existing OOTB WFT examples, you'll see they create an array (@submit_file) by processing the directives just mentioned.
