Does anybody know what this error msg is about? This is on TS 6.5 SP2 / Sol 9.

I don't think there's enough context for anyone to help you.

what application was this error generated from? what was the user doing?

is this a new install or an upgrade? Did this application always have this error?

The error indicates something is wrong wtih the credentials of the user trying to run the app, but that's all I can tell from the limited data here.

If this is a time-critical issue you should file it with support.
