submit doeanot remove the lock

We are using TS Version 6.5, Our DCR is generating a JSP.After generatin JSP when the user edits the JSP and submits it.The lock is released from JSP but not from the corresponding DCR.
Any Expert input is appreciated

Hi,
if you start the default submit workflow with a JSP file attached, only this attached file is submitted and unlocked.
That's the design.
If you want to submit and unlock the DCR and all generated (JSP-)pages, you should develop your own submit workflow.

Possible procedure:
User starts your workflow with a attached JSP-file.
the workflow identifies the source DCr of this JSP page and attached it, too.
Then there's the submit and unlock step.
