validate datadeploy config files

I've been trying to use IWHOME/solutions/clt/iwodvalidate.bat to validate a DataDeploy config file. I don't think it's using the proper DTD. I'm gettting the following:

Is there something else I should do to find out why my config isn't working?

This is an unsupported tool. It's primarily used for the deployment config files. But theoretically, it should work if you tell it which DTD to use and the DTD is valid.

Did you specifiy the DTD in the config file? Post you dd config file.
