Worksite MP Integration with websphere

Hi

I am trying to integrate Worksite MP 4.1 with Websphere 5.1.1.4. I am able to access config.jsp, but when i try to login it throws the following exception. Would be helpful if any of you can suggest me solution or identify what is that i am doing wrong.

what is the version of WorkSite MP Web Components you are using? You can get it from the first line of the worksitemp.log file. I can probably come back with more details once I have the version info.
