Unable to get user roles from ADS on TS6.2 SP2

Hi,
Let me first explain my TS and ADS Env.

-->TS6.1 SP2 on windows 2000 with SP4 pack
--> Teamsite domain is D1
--> Active directory is installed on other domain lets say D2

I have created one user in Active directory as pranav.thakur.And then added it in my master role file on teamsite server
i.e. in master.uid(as D2/pranav.thakur).
But when i try to log in into teamsite server it throws me error by saying "wrong username/password".
I am able to ping the Active Directory machine from D1 machine and vice-versa.
Then i tried another thing.I wrote one perl file and hardcoded everything into this file to connect to ADS and it could connect to ADS .
Then why i am not able to get the
i am sending you this perl file as well as the authetication part of iw.cfg.

Any idea from anyone ?
