copy contents from existing WA to new WA

Hi, I would like to know if there is a script that is available for copying a number of files (around 2500+) of an existing workarea (xml, pdf, html, images) to a newly created workarea. This should satisfy the following conditions.
During the copy operation, should be set :

a) assign the new and unique Team site file ID to each content item
b) assign the new and unique path URI while deploying the content to QA environments
c) the country and language meta data of the files should be changed to match the corresponding workarea locale
d) the content inputter and content owner needs to be updated.

Can someone help.

Well, I would suggest you RTFM on iwupdate for copying/getting latest of files within TeamSite. As far as all of your other requirements, they sound custom and will require you to actually write the code to do what you are asking.

Well, Jeff, I found few articles where the steps for moving/copying the content from an existing WA to new one, removing the old ones.http://devnet.interwoven.com/site.fcgi/techlib/001415. Just wanted to know whether there is a script thats already in place since its a generally found function that we may need to perform for a new workarea. Anyone has already done this
