I'm writing C#.NET program to set secruity on given documents. I know that we could do this manually using Monitor. However, the program will be scheduled to set documents to private or public for certain users or cases.

I'm using IManProfileSearchParameters. How do I specify the parameter to search all versions?

Here's the code to add specific document number and version, where SearchParams is the IManProfileSearchParameters object and DataArray contains DocNumber and DocVersion.
SearchParams.Add(imProfileAttributeID.imProfileDocNum, DataArray[1]);
SearchParams.Add(imProfileAttributeID.imProfileVersion, DataArray[2]);

If I don't specify the version, it'll return the most current version. Any help will be appreciated.

Don't include imProfileVersion in your searchparams, and set the IManSession.AllVersions Property to true.
