mailing in worksite mp 4.1

Folks,

in WorkSiteMp4.1 , I want to escalate a mail on rejection in any stage of process ( WorkFlow ) to all previous stages persons
who involve in the process.

let me explain this clearly.

If P1 initiate process, which is accepted by R1 but rejected by S1, then mail should shoot to R1 and P1.

Anybody can tell me how I can achieve this?
