File Storage Location

Hi,

Please reply ASAP. Need to retrieve documents from crashed system having WorkSite MP Server.

What would be the FULL storage location of ALL contents from WORKSITE MP on HDD for all users of WorkSite accessing locally as well as via the LDAP/ADS authenticated domain ?

Does Db also need to be recovered ? In What format files, saved ? How to recover in original format ? ........

Sorry we can't tell you where your files are stored, that path is custom and chosen during the library creation stage and yes you will need to a) restore the SQL db's and b) replace the files. There are other things that may be required but they are too numerous to just list without you encountering other specific issues.

As for the the LDAP stuff I'm not sure what you are asking as MP will already have the user and LDAP connector info if you have made backups. If not then I guess you will just need to recreate the LDAP connector and let them sync again to push the users into the system. If that isn't true, please give us more info on your LDAP concerns.
