password encryption in jmsconfig.xml

pratz

Is there a way to encrypt the password for database in jmsconfig.xml ?? If so how do i go about doing it ?
Using Teamsite 5.5.2
DataDeploy 5.6

Thanks in advance,
Pratz.

Hi Pratz,

No, there is no way to do it. The database in jmsconfig.xml is just used for the "store and forward" mechanism for reporting events and changing it is not actually supported.

Thanks,
Mike
