Hi ALL,

Iam getting following error when i do DataDeploy.

Details : Deployment wft_datadeploy is already running. Request to start it now cannot b
e done. Rejecting request.

Lets say i have five files in that task, i will task 5 times above error and after that it deploys content to database.
Sometime it deploys only some files and skips some and in some times it deploys all.

Any help help will be highly appreciated.

My Envirnment is : TS 6.5 and sunsolaris 8.

I guess, we got the same problem, my error message was "document_dd, data deployment already running"(deployment from DCR to DB, stand-alone). We just restarted the TeamSite server. It works fine.

Details : Deployment wft_datadeploy is already running. Request to start it now cannot be done. Rejecting request.

If you're going to be running multiple instances of the same deployment concurrently - you need to supply a -inst unique_instance_name flag on the iwodcmd start command line. Otherwise you need to enable the "pending queue" (caveat, pending queue is really only useful if you are doing complete comparison deployments - it should not be used for filelist deployments)

Now i found out the real problem which is totally different.

Iam doing DD using DNR script like :

The problem is, we have two managed servers for weblogic as result of which callODDnRDD_scheduled.ipl script is executing twice in that iam doing DD.

Which is what causing above failure.

When i keep only one managed server for weblogic it works fine.

And i want to make DD only once, please tell have can i resolve this problem with two managed servers so that my script should execute only once.

You need to duplicate the deployment definitions and have two execDeploymentTask statements - one with the DNR, the other without the DNR.
