User login failure
mmarano
We have some user acounts which are failing on login, while other accounts still operate. When 3 of our users attempt to login to teamsite, the receive a 'Failure in Operation' error. When I check the servletd_out.log, I see the stacktrace listed below. I've seen some posts regarding these issues, however, it seemed to me that in these posts No users were able to login. This is an assumption on my part. I just don't want to have to reboot the server in order to get a few accounts operational, if that is not necessary. Does anyone know what would cause this problem for only a selection of users?
I imagine that it could be a corrupted entities database, but that requires a restart, so I'm going to wait on that till I get some response, or 11pm hits (users off the system).
I looked for libeay32.dll, and found it in multiple locations:
IWHOME\iw-webd
IWHOME\sharedll
IWHOME\OpenDeployNG\bin
IWHOME\cssdk\wasp4.5.1\bin
IWHOME\OpenDeployNG\jre\bin
IWHOME\CSF\AccessService\jre\bin
None of these are IWHOME\lib, which is where other posts have said it needed to be. I therefore have no idea if it is doing its job properly, although, I would assume that if it was broken, noone would be able to login.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I think this is getting sorted out. I believe the active directory user accounts were set to expire. I've got our AD admin looking into it.
