Hot question about Opendeploy Service

Hi! all
I have hot question help me please. My question is --> I install TS and OD everyting is OK . After install everyting can work But now Interwoven Opendeploy Service is STOP by it self. I check from even log it tell me 'The Java Virtual Machine has exited with a code of 18,the services is begin stop'
I don't under stand this error message and how I can debug OR modify this error. My OS is windows 2003 ent.

Hi,
do you have any error messages in a OD log?
Can you identify any action, at which OD is exiting (start a deployment or something like that)?
Do you use OD6.0.2? SP1? With an installed Patch?

If you don't get any further information, I would suggest, that you contact support...

How I can check 'I install path just for opendeploy' and if not install tell me please 'what patch no . ' I'm download for install ?

Hi,
to check your OD version number:
- open your odbase logfile. The name of this logfile is YOURSERVERNAME_odbase.log, default path is <od-home>\log
- within this log, there should be a message like "Begin initialization of OpenDeploy server."
(well, I have thie message in my OD6 log, don't know if exactly the same in OD5...)
- below this message you can see the actuall installed OD version.

Also have a look for some error messages in your odbase.log...

you could also issue a command "iwodservergetversion" to view the OD version. anyways try to stop the Teamsite services and then restart the services in the following order. some services like teamsite report might be missing in your installation.
