I have few modules in captiva input accel 6.0. I need to run those modules as automatic services. I am unable to run Export to documentum as automatic service. I have registered the module with the proper command given in the installation guide. If I run it manually it is running but when I try to run as a service the task is showing the status as "ready" but not running. If I go and check manually there are no batches having tasks.
In input accel 5.3 the module was running succesfully automatically, but in input accel 6.0 it is giving problems.
what might be the problem...are there any setting am I missing
