Unable to checkout the document

JPR

Hi All,

When I checkout the document from the Repository. It is showing status like in the progress bar with 1% status.

How to fix this one.

My Environment

Content Server :: 6.5 SP1

Data base :: SQL Server 2005

OS :: Windows Server 2003 R2

Are you using Webtop?

First try to delete temporary internet files and the "C:\Documents and Settings\username\Documentum" folder?

After that check your ACS server's url with this DQL:

select *,acs_base_url from dm_acs_config

Which client app are you using (eg Webtop, Desktop Client, etc)? If webtop, make sure you are using the JRE versions that are stated in the Webtop Release Notes. Using different versions may not work.
