Composer Defect - no warning to save changes before install

Just noticed the following Composer (D65sp2) problem.

Made change to some types. Forgot to save one of them. There was no warning to say save changes before start of Install process.

Not a big deal but is a pain as the install takes 10 minutes

I see your point. If you do a "clean build" from the UI, it does warn about this but it APPEARS that doing the same programmatically does not cause the prompt.

I will file a request.
