remap problem?

OK...this is that adding a new branch situation again. We haven't had to do that till now, and here's the sitaution as it stand now:

Existing branch has a lot of remaps because of jsp files.

New branch is html with SSI's (.shtml)

With no changes to the iw.cfg, a "regular" html page previews in the new branch, but css files and images don't show up. The ccs file is at the same level as the test html page, and the images folder is one level below the top workarea folder (links are written /css and /images).

So I see two possible things we need to do?

iw_proxy_preconect_remap for css and images? yes or no?

and...something to possibly enable rendering SSI's (possibly configuring .shtml as the extension -- I know that sometimes has to be done with Agache config)? We do know that iwproxy_nsapi.dll and iwproxy_isapi.dll are installed already.
