Beware in TS6.5 empty replicant breaks form

Remember how in 5.x we used to use something like the below code to give us a header effect above a replicant section? Well if you do that in ts 6.5 it breaks your template. I'm in the process of searching my server for the code to comment it out of my existing dct's. Lissa is there a kb about this?
