Evaluating language translation engines for teamsite

Hi,

We are looking for a language translation engine with focus on the following specific points:

1)Automatic Translation (with facility to review and update workflow cycle as automated translations are never perfect)
2)Feature to identify updated content in DCRs and highlight them to make the translation process faster
3) Support for TeamSite 6.5 (and continued support to sync up with updated TeamSite APIs)
4)Minimal maintenance effort (easy configurations) and user training (seamless integration with TeamSIte)

Environment:

TS 6.5/solaris/OD 5.6

Can anyone who has an experience in integrating such translation tools share some ideas about this?
