Will it be possible to have dynamic value list.
I'm creating a new metadata
Let say

Product Category you Option A and Option B.
If user selected Option A the Product field will show
a,b,c options once the user selected Option B will
show d,e,f options.

Yes, you can do that. However, we normally only make this interface available to partners and our internal Customer Service Organization (CSO), due to the complexity in setting up your metadata.
We call this metadata arrangement "hierarchical metadata." Please contact CSO if you are interested in contracting for their consulting services to help you implement this interface.
