We're going thru the "Mail Manager" tutorial application using Taskspace, Forms Builder, etc. (6.5SP2) ... and we ran into a problem importing a mail document, a PDF file. It should be displayed in the Document View Template we built during the tutorial, but the viewer does not show the file, instead a rectangle is shown with the following message:
The configured viewer provider does not support displaying of local files.
I've attached a jpg showing the error.
Is there any component that we need to install along with Taskspace? We have Adobe Reader 9.2 installed on the machine.
Moreover if we try the same scenario in Internet Explorer 6 or 7, the entire browser crashes. The screenshot attached is when we use Firefox.
