Can we use ADTS for converting image pdfs to OCRed pdfs? If not which product we need to use?
We have lots of pdfs (millions) which were scanned as image pdfs and we do not want to rescan all of those as it requires lot of time

Hi, I don't think this is possible. We had the same issus, investigated ADTS and decided to move on with a small custo exporting the files, passing through the PDF generator of Kofax, and re-importing them.

You should look in the Release Notes of ADTS. It contains a list of supported transformations. From what I can see an OCR is not included.
In addition to what Kris said, you could also write a plugin for ADTS (or any other CTS based product). You will need an OCR program which can be invoked from within the plugin.
