Hidding form template to certain users in Webtop

Hello everyone,

I've been struggling with forms and Webtop for the last two weeks and I'm running out of options. I currently have three form templates installed. I would like to hide two of them so that a particular user won't see it in the list when doing "File -> New - > Form". I've been playing around with permissions and the user has no longer access to the form; he cannot create new instances but still, the form appears in the list.

Any ideas?

Hi!

Use Documentum Administrator to change permissions:

Go to the folder of form (/System/Forms/<Form name>)

create role form_user1  - it will have access to all forms

and role form_user2 - it will have access to limited number of forms

put both roles in role form_user

Fill created roles with users

Change permissions to object type XML Schema:

For dm_world change from Relate to None

Remove from permissions group form_user

Add permission: form_user1 - Relate
