Proper permissions for TaskSpace Action?

We ran into a permissions problem we don't know how to solve...

Using the Administrator account, we are creating a Taskspace application. We have a simple process that we have configured an action to invoke. Similarly we have configured a tab to have a button that can be used to invoke that action.

The tab correctly displays the button if we login as Administrator.

But we also have a role set up, like mail_processor in the TaskSpace tutorial, that is not a superuser. If we assign the tab to that role, the users in that role do NOT see the custom button we have configured ... unless we make them have Superuser privileges.

What permissions need to be set? And how - where in Taskspace does one configure the permissions of the artifacts in use?

- Do you mean that you create a process template that is launched by a button?  If so, make sure that the acl assigned to the process template gives dm_world RELATE permissions and EXECUTE extended permissions.
