Video storyboard in DAM

Hi,

I'm working on getting storyboard for video files in DAM.

Here is the stepd I followed.

Installed and configured MTS

1. Installed Quick player.

2. Installed Flip Factory Streaming server.

3. Installed AVTS 6.5 SP1.

4. Configured AVTS for repository.

5. Verified with DAM the rendion xml files are in \System\MediaServer\Profiles location

Here is the issue.

After importing one wmv video file. The Transfomation meni item in Tool menu is being disabled.

I could not get Video Details screen on right click.

I could not get Thumpnails and storyboard for videos.

Did I miss anything in the installaion process?

How can get thumpnails and storyboard?

Any help is greatly appriciated. It's urgent.

For me I still have my Video Details and Storyboard menu items disabled. What does that normally mean? What did I forget?
