Developer Edition Webdav

Does Developer Edition 6.5 SP2 has Webdav services installed ? If no What are the steps to be done to enabled. I am trying to store an document/object to documentum from java.

If you want to import a document into Documentum repository, all you need is DFC.  WebDAV is used as integration method with web authoring clients (eg Dreamweaver).  Also, Dev Ed does NOT come with WebDAV.
