Hello,
The following question/scenario is within the context of a Taskspace application.
Using Forms Builder, I created a search template on a custom type. In the Forms Builder user guide, it mentions that the Document Preview can be disabled by unchecking the "Enable Document Preview" option under the properties of the root item of the UI Model. This is also mentioned for Folder Templates.
Question 1: I am not able to find this option at all in Forms Builder 6.5 SP2... can someone confirm?
(I realize I can use Preferences... to disable automatic document previewing but this is a global setting across all search templates and folder views for that user, and besides the user can still click on the little triangle to preview.)
If this is a bug, then at least I would like to be able to configure the viewer that is used to preview the document in the search results, and this brings me to the second question: how do I do that? In other words, how does one configure the default document viewer for a particular object in search results?
Question 2: Using the role tool in Taskspace, I configured the default mapping of the object type to a suitable form I'd built... but this mapping only applies to "Open" NOT "View"... how can we configure the "View" action viewer?
Thanks in advance.
Ahmed
