Currently, without directly modifying the MediaBin web client code, this is not possible. In the next release (4.5.3 ETA latter half of March), we are adding functionality to resize the width of metadata input fields in the run-time parameters dialog and the metadata edit dialog, as the window is resized. The height of multi-select input fields could be adjusted to a maximum set by a fixed constant that would be easily identified in constants.asp.
