Installation Error - Developer Edition

Hi All,

I am trying to install the developer edition of 6.5 SP2 in my system.

All the system requirements (Hardware and software) are met.

During the download process, it pops up with a error, im attaching the screenshot and the setupError.log of the same.

Kindly suggest me so as to what steps could be taken to avoid the error and there would be a fruitful execution and installation.
