Deployment problem

hi all ,

my deployments hangs on the OD base server.Any advice? should i stop the service or can i just stop only those deployments that hangs the server?

any help will be appriciated.

What do the logs say? Post the error you are getting from your OD log in the "OpenDeploy Product Line" and you should get a quicker turn around there.

Well, is there really a deployment in process ? OD has the ability to handle that if that is the case. Otherwise either the sender or receiver is in a bad state so I would start by cycling OD on the receiver, then the sender if it does not help

the problem is fixed as i restart all od services. it's also creating some .cnt and .log0001 files. it never happened before.
