can anyone explain me the difference between content services for SAP and archive services for SAP. Can CSSAP be installed and used without ASSAP or vice versa? Thanks in advance.
CSSAP is basically for using the Documentum Content Server as a repository back-end for your content. It gives you a functioning Documentum client in your SAP environment.

ASSAP allows you to archive SAP artifacts (data, reports...) to store them as records or just offline. It is for things that are no longer active. This is part of a RM/backup strategy than your typical ECM strategy.

The basic difference is CSSAP=Documentum client within SAP vs. ASSAP=Archive and backup your SAP information. Live content vs inactive information.
Oh, and you can use one or the other. The are not dependent on each other. In fact, you typically would only choose one, depending on your business needs.
