Going from Worksite MP to Worksite .NET

We are having alot of JVM problems with our worksite, and are considering moving to Worksite .NET instead...

Is it possible to do this without losing our settings/data? Would that mean that we need to re-purchase Worksite?

What version of Worksite are you currently running? Do you have some specifics about the issues you're running into?

We are currently running version 3.1 and our issues are mainly that functionality requiring java script does not work. Specifically logging in, and checking in documents. This was the main reason that we were looking into the .NET version instead - but now I hear that Worksite .NET will go out of production and only the MP version will have future releases/support.

Hello! Have you considered getting in touch with Technical Support to resolve the issue? I do believe that this might just be a simple configuration issue or might have something to do with the browser/version that you're using.
