URL encryption to DRL link

Hi Guys,

I have a requirement to translate the URL link (eg http://server/webtop/cfdrl/clientId/1234578) to DRL link (http://server/webtop/drl/objectId/0b0003f3800109fd).

The client ID will be used to identify objectId.

The URL link will be generated by external system when user will click on it it would open the encrypt the link into DRL and if the Client ID would not be exist the message will popup on webtop that the client ID doest not exist.

Can you please guide some base line to anyone you have implemented similar requirement.

Create a new component (eg cfdrl) that is extension of DRL component. You can embed your logic in the new component class.

I have made the custom component but I can not launch it through URL. It is very standard custom component I am trying to luanch through this URL

<server>/webtop/component/cfdrl

how basically I can luanch a simple hello world component by using URL? can you plz guide me into this direction
